Colleen was born in Arkansas and has lived all over the world.  She pulls on her international experience to aid in connecting to people of all different backgrounds as well as communicating with people with a wide variety of communication styles.  Her background in dance influences the camera movement as well as informing her ability to anticipate in the improvisational dance between the talent and camera.  Her background in music allows an effortless expression of pacing as well as the visual translation of musical phrasing and arcs.
